The basics about working with usYes — we focus exclusively on single and multifamily dwelling units: houses, duplexes, fourplexes, townhomes and some apartment buildings. It's our niche, and it's how we deliver the care and quality our customers expect. We don't take on commercial work.
Yes. Net Zero Electric is a fully licensed, bonded and insured Washington electrical contractor — license NETZEZE768L1. We're also EVITP certified for EV charger installation.
We're open Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For urgent electrical emergencies outside those hours, call us at (253) 254-5442 and we'll do our best to help fast.

Absolutely — it's one of our most common projects. We'll run a load calculation and recommend the right service size so your panel can handle EV charging, a heat pump, AC, solar or battery backup.
Yes. When a project requires a permit, we coordinate the permitting and inspection process for you so the work is fully code-compliant and signed off.
Yes. Every install is backed by a 2+ year workmanship warranty and ongoing support — and up to a 10-year warranty on bigger installs like generators, solar and battery. We stand behind our work for the long haul.

Yes. As a local company we work regularly with PSE and Tacoma Public Utilities and know the permitting and inspection processes across Pierce and South King County.
